Joshua A. Rieger is an Associate at Panza, Maurer & Maynard and practices in the areas of administrative and regulatory law, with a focus in healthcare and academics. Mr. Rieger is a member of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Rieger earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in History, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida.
Mr. Rieger served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Florida Law Review. He earned the Frank E. Maloney Outstanding Candidate Award and a Book Award for his service to the law review, and his note, Digitizing the Schoolhouse Gate: Protecting Students’ Off-Campus Cyberspeech by Switching the Safety on Tinker’s Trigger, was published in the May 2018 issue. Mr. Rieger also served as a research assistant to Dean Emeritus Jon L. Mills at the Center for Governmental Responsibility (CGR) and Professor Amy L. Stein.
Mr. Rieger’s served as an extern to a Federal Magistrate Judge Hopkins in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
