Lindsay K. Ervin practices in the areas of administrative, corporate and regulatory law. Prior to joining Panza Maurer & Maynard, Ms. Ervin practiced in the area of Creditors Rights.
During this time, she represented major banking institutions in contested hearings throughout the State of Florida. Ms. Ervin also assisted her corporate clients in complying with state and federal statutes and regulations. She also has experience representing shareholders in complex securities litigation.
Ms. Ervin earned her Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts at Rollins College in International Relations. Ms. Ervin was on the Nova Law Review from 2011-2013 and was the Associate Lead Articles Editor in her final year.
