Briana S. Eubanks
Briana S. Eubanks’ primary practice areas include higher education law, employment law, civil rights law, administrative and regulatory law, and litigation. Mrs. Eubanks also assists with client compliance matters, including those subject to the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Mrs. Eubanks earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2021 and a B.S. from the University of South Carolina in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Civil Rights Investigator in the Office of Civil Rights/Title IX and the sole ADA Coordinator for Florida Atlantic University.
Mrs. Eubanks is a member of the Young Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, the National Association for College and University Attorneys, and the T.J. Reddick Bar Association.
Mrs. Eubanks currently lives in Broward County with her husband, Kennedy Eubanks.
