Jennifer K. Graner

Jennifer K. Graner handles compliance and regulatory matters in the State of Florida including, but not limited to, all phases of litigation before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and the First District Court of Appeals for health care, pari mutuel and environmental Fortune 500 companies.  Her experience also includes real estate, land use and complex litigation.

Mrs. Graner has also been involved in lobbying members of the Florida Senate and House of Representatives, interfacing with numerous Florida agencies in Tallahassee and throughout the state to accomplish client objectives. Mrs. Graner has represented clients in protracted Administrative Rule challenges and Rule workshops, resulting in changes to the Florida Administrative Code. Mrs. Graner has lectured throughout the State of Florida to various health care groups on licensure and compliance issues. She has advised and litigated on behalf of clients in RFP, RFQ, and RFI matters for various contracts within the state of Florida.

Mrs. Graner graduated in 1987 from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, and earned her JD from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1991.

Mrs. Graner is a member of the Florida Bar.
