Pam Bondi

Attorney General Pam Bondi is a fourth-generation Floridian. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor in Stetson Law School. In 2010, she ran for Attorney General, becoming the 37th and first female Attorney General in Florida’s history.

After completing her second term as Florida Attorney General, Pam joined Ballard Partners in Washington DC and served as Special Adviser to President Trump – the Office of White House Council. While on special assignment at the White House, she was a member of the President of the United States’ defense team during Impeachment Proceedings in the United States Senate. Pam has since returned to Ballard Partners’ Washington, D.C. office where she chairs the firm’s corporate regulatory practice, and has joined Panza Maurer Law Firm, handling litigation, corporate and regulatory issues.

While Attorney General she worked for tough legislation to close pill mills, ban synthetic drugs, combat human trafficking, curtail Medicare fraud, and address harmful mortgage servicing and foreclosure practices. She worked with the White House on the First Step Act designed to help formerly incarcerated inmates reenter society safely and giving them the ability to succeed.

Pam worked as a prosecutor in Tampa, Florida for 18 years where she tried countless jury trials, including first degree murder cases.
