Partner Richard A. Beauchamp obtains Summary Judgment on defamation claim:  PMM Attorneys secured an order granting judgment on defamation claims in a lawsuit against a private middle school brought by the parent of a former student.  The suit alleged, in part, that the middle school had defamed the former student on forms submitted to another school to which the former student had applied for admission by stating that the student had been truant and had engaged in bullying behaviors.
