Paul C. Buckley is a civil litigator and practices in the areas of health care law and administrative and regulatory procedures.
Mr. Buckley is a fifth generation Floridian, born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School and was awarded the O’Looney Scholar – Athlete Award.
Mr. Buckley earned his B.A. in English from St. Michael’s College in 1982, and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 1991. He was the recipient of a Cecil Bailey Scholarship.
Mr. Buckley has considerable trial experience including defending physicians and hospitals in medical malpractice jury trials. He has also represented physicians in licensing actions and other health care administrative claims. He has tried medical negligence cases in several jurisdictions throughout Florida. He has also tried cases in a variety of other negligence actions across the state.
Mr. Buckley is a member of The Florida Bar.
