Panza Maurer Represents Hospice Client in Unopposed CON Approval. 

A diverse team including Panza Maurer attorneys, successfully represented client Arc Hospice of Florida, LLC in its special circumstance Certificate of Need Application to provide hospice services in Lake and Sumter counties. No party challenged the approval.  The Certificate of Need was awarded by the Agency for Health Care Administration and is effective January 9, 2024. With the approval of the CON, Arc will embark on bringing much-needed hospice services to the underserved portions of Lake and Sumter counties and is Arc Hospice’s first location in Florida. Arc expands from its affiliated operations in Georgia and elsewhere in the U.S.. Panza Maurer attorneys Thomas Panza, Elizabeth Pedersen, and Stephanie Wonesh represented Arc Hospice in the legal aspects of its Certificate of Need application.
