In March, 2014, Sr. Associate, Elizabeth Pedersen represented an educational institution on regulatory matters with the Department of Education in Puerto Rico. The review included both merchant and bidder regulations in order to do business with governmental entities in Puerto Rico. Registration with the Department of Education in Puerto Rico will ultimately allow the educational institution to receive federal funding earmarked for educational programs.
